I’m guilty of changing things up many times on this site and in my business, but I think I finally figured it out. The big question was always “How can I best help others with the skills I have?”
You see, the problem I have -and I know that I’m not alone- is that I have too many interests and skills. That made it really hard to determine what I should be doing and which direction to go.
Until a few weeks ago, when I was faced with the decision to choose! From services I offer, clients to serve, and branding on my site and social media, I had to make a choice! “How do you want to be identified,” asked a good friend? You cannot be everything to everyone, cause you’ll be nothing to no one! (Ouch)
The funny thing is that once you make a decision, everything falls into place! Not that I hadn’t heard that before… I read plenty of books and blogs, but I just couldn’t make up my mind.
Change is good!
So here I am, with yet another pivot in my business and services. I narrowed my focus and love the clarity I have now that I know, how I can best help creative entrepreneurs. All this by listening to what people were asking me to fix!
Here are some of the changes I implemented
- From WordPress web design to –> WordPress tech services
- From translations to –> content writing services
- New? — eBook services: proofreading and conversion
Instead of being everything to everyone, I only want to focus on creative entrepreneurs who do not have time or interest, to dig into technology. Whether it is a website or an eBook, let me help you!
