Clients’ needs are very diverse and services are tailored specifically to their needs. To charge a simple, flat fee for services, would be unfair or unrealistic to you, our client, and to ourselves.

However, we can indicate that our fees start at $30 per hour, for services that include proofreading, translations, web and blog creation and management.

Retainer discounts:
10% for 10 hours/month
15% for 20 hours/month
20% for 40 hours/month
Invoices are submitted weekly and payable upon receipt.

Translation fees start at $0.10 per word with a minimum fee of $30,  and depend on the language combination and/or delivery time.  Project size determines if invoices are payable halfway through or at the end of the project.

Payments accepted by money order, check, PayPal and credit cards (via PayPal). We will charge a $30 fee for returned checks and a late fee of 1.5% on overdue invoices.
